A day retreat, Saturday July 11

For those wishing to deepen their experience of going for refuge, three guided meditation sessions in which we learn how to respond skillfully to problems and fears, and increase our connection with Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha.

2:30pm – 3:45pm
($6 per session/$15 whole day,

Buddha Maitreya Practice

For those who recently received the Maitreya empowerment from Ven. Geshe Kelsang, a chance to engage in two sessions of the Buddha Maitreya practice with plenty of time to explore the meditations.

Come learn the fundamentals of Buddhist meditation and spend some time reducing stress and improving your mind.
