What We Can Do For Others - Healing Ourself and the World through a Fully Engaged Heart

It is not uncommon to feel discouragement and despair when we look at the state of the world. But such discouragement arises from a sense of disconnect with our world. But according to Buddha our world arises from our mind. Consequently the best thing we can do for others is to cultivate an authentic compassion based on wisdom. Such a fully engaged heart has the power to free us from our sense of isolation and enables us to recognize a world of possibility. In this course Jen will guide us in understanding what we can do for others through the sublime and joyful meditations on compassion, taking and giving, and the Bodhisattva's special attitude.
