The Happiness Course
Buddha’s teachings give us a swift and direct method to help us to attain the happiness that we all long for, and that is our actual nature. During this course, based on the special arrangement of meditations known as lam rim, we will learn how to connect to our potential for inner peace, love and freedom and begin our journey to a happiness we hardly knew existed.
The Happiness of Security
Feeling secure is an essential component of being peaceful and happy. However, too often we seek security in institutions and relationships that are unstable. So where does real security come from? Buddha taught that a stable mind of inner peace is the real security that will never let us down. In this course we will explore those lam rim meditations that culminate in the mind of going for refuge. With this deep internal security we will experience continuous happiness and meaning in ourselves, our relationships and in everything we do.
