Meditation on the Mind
Whether we are happy or sad depends on the state of our mind. Therefore if we wish to improve our lives we need to learn how to improve our minds. Buddha taught a powerful meditation on the mind through which we can learn to understand the nature of our mind. Through this understanding we can actualize our extraordinary spiritual potential for wisdom, compassion and joy.
