Creating Happiness and Ending Bad Habits
Start off the new year with Buddha’s teachings about the secret to happiness and to creating the life you want, the law of karma. Understanding that our own thoughts and actions create our experience of the world puts us in control of our life. Rather than feeling victimized by circumstance we have the tools to comprehend why we experience the things we do and to set a new course for ourselves. Instead of passively hoping that things will turn out well, we learn to create the experience we wish to have both here and now and in the future, as well as how to methodically and confidently go about ending our bad habits. Everyone is welcome.
