The Art of Meditation
Meditation is an amazing method through which to improve our mind, and thereby transform our life and world. But it is not just a technique; it is like an art through which we can take the raw materials of our daily life experiences and transform them into something extraordinary: a joyful path to enlightenment.
In this course we will learn the art of meditation, paying particular attention to how we prepare and inspire the mind, so that our meditations become truly beneficial and transformative.
