Through the meditation on the clear nature of the mind we can learn to identify with our potential. This will initiate an extraordinary process of growth and transformation.

The perfect introduction for anyone who wants to learn the essential components of a good meditation practice. If we understand how to meditate correctly, we will have real confidence in our practice, and results will arise effortlessly! Everyone is welcome.

Classes are held every week unless otherwise stated, titles TBA.
Talks and guided meditations suitable for everyone. The emphasis is on integrating Buddha's teachings into our lives. Beginners are welcome. Classes can be taken individually or as a series. No pre-registration required.

Andres Villalon, born and raised in New York City, Andres first encountered Kadam Dharma at Chakrasambara Buddhist Center in Manhattan. Having met the Dharma while an undergrad in college, he has had the opportunity to join the Teacher Training Program at a young age. Andres now resides in Jackson Heights and teaches meditation in Battery Park City in lower Manhattan.

Based in the traditions of Kadampa Buddhism, each class is structured
to include a teaching, two meditations, a group discussion, and a questions
and answers session.
No special clothing is required, and pre-registration is not necessary.
This class is a branch of Chakrasambara Buddhist Center in New York.
