The Path to Lasting Happiness
Buddha presented the path to freedom and lasting happiness in his legendary explanation known as the Four Noble Truths. These four - suffering, origin, cessation and path - give us a clear analysis of both the problem and the solution. The problem is that there is suffering in our lives. This suffering arises from our own mind, in particular disturbed states of mind such as anger and ignorance. Through learning to identify our underlying misperceptions we can remove the causes of suffering from our mind. Putting these methods into practice, through meditation and training in our daily life, is the path to lasting happiness and freedom. This joyful tried and tested path can be practiced by everyone.
In this four class series Kadam Morten will present the four noble truths and show how we can integrate these practices into our daily life. Everyone is welcome.

We Are All Connected
Healing our self, family
and world through love
We often perceive ourselves as isolated individuals, and experience loneliness and strong yearnings for a connection with others. According to Buddha, this perception of ourself as isolated from others is an illusion. In truth we are all naturally and profoundly interconnected. This experience of interconnection reduces our feelings of separation, allowing an authentic love for others to arise. In this course we will be guided through a sequence of profound meditations that have the power to revolutionize our outlook on life, and heal our relationships with ourself, family and everyone. We will lay the foundation for the actual experience for universal love, the key to solving the problems in our world.
