Freedom from Painful Emotions with guest teachers
During our summer term, we will be focusing on Buddha's illuminating teachings on the delusions and how to overcome them. According to Buddha our suffering comes about due to the uncontrolled and painful states of mind known as the delusions. In each session we will focus on how to deal with a particular delusion, among them, desirous attachment, anger, deluded pride, jealousy, and miserliness. Learning practical methods to reduce the power of these delusions will allow us to experience a deep and satisfying emotional freedom, and give us the skill to be the person we wish to be, positive, joyful, confident and loving.
